Panchos Returns to New Orleans

March 30, 2009, Panchos Mexican Buffet officially returned to the New Orleans area.  The previous Friday, over 600 Pancho's aficionados took part in a VIP-Only party to mark the return of Pancho's to Metairie in the form of the new and improved Pancho's Mexican Super Buffet.

Diners took the opportunity to be photographed with Panchito himself between flag raisings, and the successful grand opening made the news in the New Orleans Times Picayune.
